In March Ed was invited to pesent the Gold Duke of Edinburgh Awards to the young scouts at St James Place in the presence of HRH the Duke of Edinburgh. Ed is a former venture scout and gold award winner and said.
“Is a genuine pleasure to present these young people with these hard won awards. It takes months of commitment to achieve this award and I know personally how much effort goes into reaching the finish line. Completing the Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award scheme takes determination, commitment and a lot of energy but for me it was just the start of an incredible journey to many more adventures.”
